Watersong Announces Partnership with Duran Golf Club

Viera, Fla., November 25, 2008 - Watersong, a new all-inclusive, luxury retirement community in the heart of Viera, has entered into an exclusive partnership with Duran Golf Club, whereby each member residing in the villas and cottages will be granted a membership into the club. Members of Watersong will have year-round access to Duran Golf Club's Championship and Par-3 golf courses, as well as access to world-class practice facilities including the driving range, pitching green, practice bunker and putting green. "Many of our members are avid golfers, so this partnership is a natural fit for our community," said Shelly Lockhart Executive Director of Watersong. "We are excited to offer our members this added benefit and look forward to a long and successful partnership with Duran Golf Club." Other benefits include complimentary warm-up balls prior to any round of golf, a discount on golf shop merchandise and full charging privileges in the clubhouse and dining room. Members residing in one of the retirement community's cottage homes may use their own personal golf cart provided by Watersong.
