Watersong, a new retirement community by Senior Living Communities, has hired Sandy Richards to handle marketing and sales for independent residences. Richards will assist with the sales activities of Watersong and provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and marketing office. Before joining Watersong, Richards worked as a community representative and property manager for Palm Bay Developers in Palm Bay.
