James Tsamoutales as New Executive Chef

Watersong, a luxury, all-inclusive retirement community located in the heart of Viera is pleased to announce the addition of James Tsamoutales as their new Executive Chef.
As Executive Chef, Tsamoutales will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the dietary programs within the campus. Tsamoutales is responsible for the recruitment, employment, performance, evaluation, promotion and discharge of all dietary staff as well as monitoring of the dietary budgets and cost constraints, under the supervision of the Executive Director.
James Tsamoutales received culinary training from a Walt Disney World Culinary Apprenticeship. Prior to working at Watersong, Tsamoutales worked as Food and Beverage Manager at Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex in Cape Canaveral, Florida; Owner and Operator of Kelly's Deli & Grill in Melbourne, Florida; and Owner/Chef/Operator of World Beat Café' in Melbourne, Florida.
