Viera, Fla., March 4, 2009 - Watersong, a new full-service retirement community in the heart of Viera will open its three restaurants to the public beginning on March 16, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The restaurants are located inside the clubhouse and feature fixed priced menus starting at just $8. The 1864 lounge, complete with LCD televisions, showcases an excellent menu with Scallops Rockefeller, Flash Fried Calamari and Hand Crafted Burgers. Along with the extensive wine selection and top shelf liquors, each month a world class beer will be featured. The Blackwater Bistro offers a relaxing setting to wind down after a round of golf or for a quick lunch. Enjoy a signature sandwich and a beer or taste one of the delicious soups, salads or house made desserts. In Sargasso's, located in the main dining room, guests will enjoy a classic American dining experience. Whether patrons choose the traditional Spinach Salad with warm bacon dressing, Montreal Grilled Ribeye Steak, Cuban sandwich or Bruschetta Baked Chicken, the food is guaranteed to be nothing short of outstanding.
