Viera, Fla., January 20, 2009 - Watersong, a luxury, all-inclusive retirement community located in the heart of Viera is pleased to announce the addition of Clarence Woodley as Director of Facilities Maintenance.

Woodley is responsible for directing the maintenance for the equipment, buildings and grounds of the community as well as providing overall supervision for all maintenance and housekeeping personnel.

Prior to joining the Watersong team, Woodley spent 23 years in the United States Air Force where he managed the maintenance and infrastructure support on various Air Force bases both in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently, Woodley was the Superintendent of United Dominion Realty in Orlando, Florida; Superintendent of Brandon Capital Investments, Inc. in Merritt Island, Florida and the General Superintendent of Patrick Family Housing, LLC in Satellite Beach, Florida.
