The Enhanced Living apartments are designed to allow members with special needs to live independently in the comfort and security of their own home while receiving the additional services they require to maintain an active, healthy and secure lifestyle.

An enhanced living apartment provides the following services:

  One- and two-bedroom apartments with private bath(s)
  All appliances including washer and dryer
  Basic cable TV
  All utilities except telephone
  Certified nursing assistance daily
  24-hour emergency call system
  Three nutritious meals per day plus snacks
  Medication management
  Personal assistance with daily needs
  Scheduled and on-demand transportation
  Social, educational and leisure activities
